You need to register yourself in LIA Pramuka? You are about to pay your tuition fee? Or you are a new student in LIA Pramuka and need to make your new student card? When you go right to to MINDIK and see the guy on the far left to do those things, you will meet Pupon.
Pupon Kasnadi, one of the cashiers ready to help you, has been in LIA for nine years, the last two in LIA Pramuka. His humorous and friendly way of serving all students and parents comes naturally. He is so humorous that he got an offer a huge amount of money to ‘modify’ the EPT score of a participant! And it is also his humor that has always kept him on balance, he refused that ‘very generous offer.’
This guy who recently got married has varied experience, all of which are considered interesting. One day, a parent threw him a pencil because she didn’t get a registration form which was limited in number. That incident didn’t make Pupon down, though. “It’s all in a day’s work,” said patient Pupon smiling. This vegetable-lover person is used to having a ball thrown at him, and he would always be ready to respond to it. This is because he is a volley ball player, and he also loves playing futsal. With LIA Pramuka volley ball team, he got the second position in LIA 50th Anniversary Sports Competition. A pencil, which is obviously smaller than a volley ball, is for sure not a big deal for him to handle.
“I’m just doing the best I can, we all are. I hope that our customers can see that customer’s satisfaction is our goal,” Pupon stated.
