A nice and friendly voice answers the phone. Iwan Danar Prasetya is ready to serve you by giving any information you need about our programs, tests and events. He has been one of the Customer Service team members since 2009, and he serves mostly by answering phone calls and giving all information by phone.
His serves are done not only in that room with phone keyboards and LIA brochures and flyers. We can also watch his serves when he plays volleyball, his favorite sport. Yes, he is a volleyball player, and he is one of LIA volleyball team members. Besides practicing routinely, he also coaches UI volleyball team. “I’ve been a coach there since last year,” this second child of three smiled proudly. He also likes playing basketball and futsal, but it’s volleyball that has opened the world to him. It brought him closer to his friends and to meet new friends, it landed him his current job, and it took him to meet his girlfriend!
When he doesn’t do sports, he would keep himself cheered up by watching movies or reading books and comics (Naruto, and, of course, Libero, which describes all about volleyball). With all the dynamics on the field, how does he feel working five days a week, relatively staying in the room, taking two-hour trip from his home in Citayam? “I like it. I like meeting many people,” he replied enthusiastically. This is the spirit caught by anyone talking to him.
