Finally! After weeks of harsh selection, LIA Pramuka held the final of LIA’s anniversary student competition on August 15. Brave finalists and their parents came early in the morning to look forward to compete with the other students. They all came with their supporters: parents, siblings, grandparents, cousins, friends, classmates, even boy and girlfriend!
After the opening remarks by the Branch Manager, the finalists were instructed to go to their respective room. The SAY finalists and their supporters were gathered in Seminar Room 6th Floor. The SPEAK finalists and their supporters moved to the 2nd Floor Lobby. The TALK and TELL finalists and their supporters stayed in the Auditorium 1st Floor. And, after taking their number, they were ready to compete!
Just as what the Branch Manager said in his opening remark, the parents must have been proud of watching their children performing. These finalists were the best 10 of all LIA Pramuka’s students. And remember, LIA Pramuka has more than 3500 students! The finalists gave their best performance in front of the audience. That made the judges have difficult time to choose the winner.
However, like all competition, there must be a winner named. So, the committee announced the best 6 of each category. Congratulations for you, guys!
Pssst: The first winner of each category will represent LIA Pramuka in the National Competition in October. And the winner of SAY category will represent LIA Pramuka AND Indonesia in the International Youth Forum! We are so proud of you, guys! Keep up the good work!
