LBPP-LIA holds several tests according to their uses. Two of the tests are:
- EPT (English Proficiency Test)
- BET (Business English Test)
EPT or English Proficiency Test. It is a comprehensive test that measures all aspects of English language fluency for non-native speakers of English. It measures the participants’ ability to comprehend English in the forms of Listening, Structure, Reading, Speaking, and Writing.
EPT is used for more than 20 years in Indonesia. It has been taken by more than 500.000 test takers per year for human resource recruitment, job promotion, university admission, as well as overseas study or courses requirement.
LIA Pramuka holds EPT every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. The registration is closed one day before the test day. The registration can also be closed due to the maximum number of participants. The result can be obtained within two working days after the test. The result is valid for 1 year. Test taker receives a certificate and 1 duplicate.
Participant can register at LBPP LIA Pramuka by bringing valid ID. When taking the test, participant is required to bring along the valid ID (or other valid ID such as driving license, or passport), 2B pencil and eraser, and the payment receipt.
If a participant cannot join the test on the scheduled date, plase notify the EPT administrator at least one day before the test date. Postponement is valid for only one week.
The fee for EPT varies*:
- LBBP LIA Students: Rp. 200,000.-
- Public: Rp. 225,000.-
EPT with Essay Writing test for Public is Rp 275,000.- and for LIA Student is Rp. 250,000.-
